INFORMATION REGARDING COURT-MANDATED PARENTING CLASS
Prior to obtaining a divorce decree, individuals who have minor children are required to take a parent education and family stabilization course in accordance with Florida Statute 61.21. Minor children age 6 and older also required to participate in a course about divorce. A flier is available in our office for the Parents, Children & Divorce program for adults and the Sandcastles Program for children (both courses are approved by the courts of the 20th judicial circuit).
